"Just want to start off by saying that I have been to this office and if they haven’t changed it I love the beautiful red color in there…to me it made for such a nice atmosphere and everyone was really great. However, for me Yasira has been phenomenal each and every time I have called and spoken with her. She is so knowledgeable about everything insurance. She explains clearly what it is and doesn’t put you on hold because she has to find out about anything you ask her….she already knows. She is so respectful and courteous and at the same time so down to earth. She relates to any issue you have with great understanding.
